Frequently Asked Questions
Can I access the old Marketing.BGCA.net site?
All BGCA marketing materials will reside on the new Marketing.BGCA.net. Access to the old site will remain open until July 2023. To access resources on the old site, click here.
I already have a free Canva account. Why do I need a BGCA Canva license?
To ensure Club professionals can easily access and customize BGCA’s marketing resources, we moved to a BGCA Canva Teams account. If you already have a Canva for Nonprofits account and purchase a BGCA Canva license, you will be switched over to the BGCA Canva Teams account.
Can I merge my Canva account with a BGCA Canva license?
Yes! If you are using Canva Pro or Canva Lite as a team, you will be automatically switched over to the BGCA Canva Teams account once you purchase or are assigned a license. You will still have access to all the Canva Lite features and designs you made, plus new features for stronger team management.
